Returns & refunds
Return conditions should be as clear as the equipment itself. The commercial policy for the working collection has not yet been approved.
No preview purchases
The five working-collection previews cannot be purchased or reserved. They have no active commercial return window.
Terms before payment
Before launch, the policy must identify eligibility, condition requirements, return authorisation, the return address, freight responsibility and any lawful exclusions. We do not currently promise a 30-day window or a fee-free return.
Refunds and exchanges
Refund processing times, payment-method handling and exchange availability will be stated in the approved policy. No immediate replacement shipment is promised.
Statutory rights
Applicable consumer rights are not replaced or restricted by a draft commercial policy. The final terms depend on the seller’s jurisdiction and destination market.
