Shipping & delivery
Plan for the destination, not an assumed delivery promise. The preview collection has no approved shipping service or dispatch date.
Availability before departure
Do not plan an appointment around delivery of a preview product. Inventory, dispatch origin, processing time and delivery estimates must be confirmed before a product becomes available.
Destination and freight
Shipping destinations, carriers, tracking, insurance, freight charges and any complimentary-shipping threshold remain under review. Worldwide fulfilment is an aim, not a currently approved service.
Cross-border costs
Import rules vary by destination. Final checkout information must distinguish product price, shipping, taxes and duties, including whether anything is payable on arrival. No duty-paid service is promised for preview products.
Receiving equipment
For a future delivery, keep the packaging and photograph visible damage. The reporting process and remedy will be published with the approved sales terms. No shortened reporting period on this preview replaces statutory rights.
