Professional equipment deserves documented support. Attrevo warranty coverage and spare-part arrangements are being established, not assumed.
Supplier claims are not Attrevo coverage
A warranty period on an Alibaba listing is a supplier claim. It does not establish an Attrevo retail warranty; product pages identify these claims separately.
What requires confirmation
Coverage duration, covered components, exclusions, claim procedure, service locations, freight responsibility and repair or replacement conditions must be approved before launch.
Replacement parts
Wheels, handles, hinges, runners, lighting and chair joints have different service needs. Stock availability, compatibility and safe fitting instructions require product-specific confirmation. No long-term parts availability is guaranteed yet.
Safe professional use
Load limits, electrical requirements and approved operating instructions take priority over illustrative workflows. Do not use unverified chair adjustments or rely on unconfirmed braking mechanisms.
Your statutory protection
Any future commercial warranty is additional to applicable statutory rights. The final legal wording will be reviewed for the markets in which products are offered.
